JIm's story

We begin today with the first in a two part story by Jim Hamp, a 30 year Haines resident. He recently become a spokesperson for SEARHC’s tobacco cessation program, after receiving support from Jane Weagant for the last few years. He was diagnosed with emphysema 7 years ago and now is nearly constantly accompanied by his oxygen tank. He shares the story of his diagnoses tonight, and we hear from Jane on the harmful effects smoking has on the human body.
